Our friendly Service Technicians are trained and certified by Kidde, Honeywell Vista, Silent Knight, and a multitude of other alarm manufacturers.

We support and encourage NICET certification for all of our technicians and technologists. NICET’s mission is to: Provide an independent evaluation of technical knowledge and experience, through certification, among those working in the fields of engineering technology; define and support career paths for engineering technologists and related disciplines; and ensure recognition and continued professional development of certified individuals.
